2. Requests for Quote & Inquiries

Submitting a Request for Quote, contact form, or any other inquiry does not create a binding agreement between you and LEOON. Pricing, minimum order quantities, timelines, and other details discussed through the Site are estimates only, subject to change, and become binding only once confirmed in a separate written agreement, invoice, or purchase order accepted by both parties.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on the Site, and to promptly update it if it changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography, logos, and design — is owned by LEOON Industry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

Any tech packs, artwork, images, or other files you upload remain your property. By submitting them, you confirm you have the right to share them with us and grant us permission to use them solely to prepare your quote and, if you proceed, fulfill your order.
