Yes — each fabric in our Material Library has its own wash and care guidance, matched to the real composition, so any care label you print reflects what the garment is actually made of.

Wash durability ranges from 30+ washes on DTG, DTF, and reflective transfers up to a lifetime for sublimation, which dyes directly into the fiber rather than sitting on top of it. Screen print, puff, and silicone print hold up for 40–50+ washes with standard care.

Screen print supports up to 8 spot colors, puff up to 4, and silicone up to 3. DTF, DTG, and sublimation are unlimited full-color — matched to your artwork, not capped by the process.

Yes — a one-time digitizing fee converts your logo into a stitch file the machines can run. It's charged once per design and reused on every reorder, so repeat orders skip that cost entirely.

Flat embroidery stitches directly onto the fabric surface for a clean, low-profile logo. 3D puff embroidery stitches over a foam base first, raising the design for a bolder, structured look — popular on caps and heavyweight fleece.

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, and sea freight, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East — tell us your target market on the RFQ form and we'll confirm logistics.

FOB, CIF, and DDP are all available — we'll quote whichever your freight forwarder prefers.

Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment; custom terms are available for repeat partners.
